產品用途及特點
該機適用于多種纖維（長度38～102mm）為原料的紗線或毛紡、棉紡、中長粗紗，生產常規型、超喂型、控制型花式紗線如平行紗、波形紗、圈圈紗、結子紗、竹節紗、辮子紗、包纏紗，也可紡制各種復合型紗。
使用先進的高速空心錠子，振幅小、承載力大、調節方便。
采用一步法成形，應用“空心錠子”加捻原理，絡筒式的卷取裝置，集紡紗、捻線、成形于一體，生產效率高。
雙面車配有筒子紗架和粗紗架，芯紗積極喂入，張力可調，消除了張力不均現象。
車頭傳動由同步齒形帶及齒輪組成，傳動精度高，同步性好。
前羅拉、空心錠子下方均配有吸風管，將斷頭及廢紗吸入，車尾風機集中吸塵、排出。
卷繞筒子架結構合理，成紗卷裝大，并有扭簧調節成紗松緊程度。
牽伸系統采用三羅拉搖架，前、后羅拉、卷繞羅拉以及空心錠子傳動均由獨立變頻調速電機拖動，速度任意變化，無級可調。
電氣控制，方便可靠，前、后羅拉，卷繞羅拉以及空心錠子轉速直接面板顯示，工藝調速十分方便、簡單。

Utilization and Performance of the Product
Suitable for yarns of various fibers (length 38～102mm) or for roving of wool, cotton and medium length, this machine turns out pattern yarns of ordinary type, over-fed type and controlled type, such as parallel yarn , wave yarn, loopy yarn, knotted yarn, plait yarn and wrapped yarn, or turns out various compound yarns.
High-speed hollow spindles are used with slight vibration, high bearing capacity and easy regulation.
One-step forming is adopted. “Hollow spindle” twisting principle and cheese-like winding are used, combining spinning, twisting and finishing into one with the result of high production efficiency.
The double side frame is incorporated with cheese support and roving support. The yarn core is actively fed in with adjustable tension.
The transmission at the frame head is composed of synchronous toothed bar and gear, with precise transmission and superb synchronism.
Below the front rollers and hollow spindles there is suction pipe, which takes in broken ends and waste. Dusting and exhausting are effected by fan at the frame tail.
The winding drum support is reasonable in structure, with huge capacity for finished yarn and with torsion springs to adjust its tension.
The drafting system adopts 3-roller cradle. The front roller, rear roller, winding roller and hollow spindle are all driven by separate frequency-changing speed-regulation motors. The speed is stepless adjustable.
The machine features easy and reliable electric control. The speed of the front roller, rear roller , winding roller and hollow spindle is directly shown on the panel so that technological regulation is very easy and simple.
